For 23 years, we have been providing accounting services to companies and organizations, handling tax settlements, statutory obligations, and ongoing contact with public authorities.
As an experienced accounting office, we serve clients from Poland, Germany, and other European countries.

We currently serve 120 clients, including sole proprietors, companies, foundations, and associations.
Many of our clients have been working with us continuously for over 10 years.

We take over existing documentation and ensure continuity of accounting when cooperation begins.

We assume responsibility for the correctness of the accounting records within the scope of entrusted duties.

All services are provided in compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Company Formation in Cooperation with a Law Firm

We offer the establishment of companies (in particular limited liability companies) in cooperation with a law firm, ensuring a legally secure and well-structured process from both the formal and accounting perspectives.

We also support the establishment of:

  • ✔ foundations,
  • ✔ associations.

We coordinate the process from an accounting and organizational standpoint and prepare the entity for proper accounting from the first day of operation.

This provides the client with a single point of contact during both the formation stage and ongoing accounting service.

Accounting services provided in a foreign language are handled by a dedicated client manager and are charged at 100% of the base fee applicable to services provided in Polish.

As each business has different requirements, accounting fees are based on the actual workload and the number of accounting entries.


The pricing principles are agreed at the beginning of the cooperation and remain transparent throughout its duration.

  • PLN 8 net per accounting entry

What is considered an accounting entry?

An accounting entry is each individual bookkeeping record, including in particular:

  • ✔ sales invoices,
  • ✔ purchase invoices,
  • ✔ bills and statements,
  • ✔ accounting notes,
  • ✔ cash documents (cash in / cash out),
  • ✔ each individual transaction shown on a bank statement,
  • ✔ fiscal or cash reports.

Corrective documents are treated as separate accounting entries.
